THE BACKGROUND
Pro RESP operates across Ontario, making it difficult to coordinate consistent team headshots across the organization.
When employees came together for a convention in Prince Edward County, we used the opportunity to photograph the team in one place. A professional studio environment was set up directly at the event, eliminating the need to coordinate separate sessions across multiple locations.

Create a collection of headshots that:

THE SESSION
Preparation began well before the convention.
Together, we aligned on the purpose of the headshots, the visual direction, and wardrobe considerations needed to create a cohesive result. A custom preparation guide was then created and shared with employees in advance, helping everyone arrive feeling informed and ready.
On the day of the convention, a professional studio was set up on-site. Employees rotated through the session efficiently around the event schedule, allowing the team to be photographed without interrupting the day’s programming.
