Headshots in the Wild
Professional headshots don’t just live on LinkedIn. Once they leave the studio, they show up everywhere — from business cards and websites to billboards, brochures, and even bus stop ads.
This series, “Headshots in the Wild,” is all about celebrating where my clients’ portraits end up in the real world. It’s one of my favourite parts of the job — seeing the images we create together out there working hard for the people in them!
Thomas Berki
A couple of months ago, I photographed Thomas Berki in the studio. His session was full of warmth and professionalism — the kind of energy that makes a portrait really shine.
Fast forward to today, and Thomas’s headshot isn’t just tucked away on a profile — it’s larger than life on a bus stop sign. Seeing his image out there, connecting with the community on such a public scale, is a perfect example of the power of a strong headshot.
Headshots are more than just pictures — they’re tools. Tools for visibility, for credibility, and for helping people recognize the person behind the work.
And in Thomas’s case, it’s proof that when you invest in a professional portrait, it truly has the chance to travel far beyond the studio walls.
