A week ago, I ran the very first Headshot Refresh Day — and I’m so happy to say it won’t be the last!

Truth be told, I was hesitant to run an event like this. I take pride in giving my clients a white-glove experience, and while some people find their perfect headshot in just a few frames, others take hundreds. I found myself asking: would 30 minutes — with one backdrop and one look — really work for my brand?
It turns out, yes. This first Refresh Day exceeded all my hopes.

In just half an hour, each person walked in with different goals — some updating LinkedIn, some rebranding their business, some just finally ready to stop cropping an old photo. And every single one walked out with a headshot that felt authentic, confident, and professional. Being part of those refreshes was pure joy.
That’s the beauty of Refresh Day: one set, one look, one image. No overthinking, no overwhelm, no stress — just a quick way to get a headshot you’ll actually use.
